Tracey Walker (she/her)

Tracey has had the pleasure of working both as an actor and a casting associate since 1992 where she was both talent and a casting associate with Fahey Dreher Casting.

Her experience as a CD has was focused on projects ranging from tri-state commercial campaigns to industrial training videos to major motion pictures mostly in the Mid-West regions.

Tracey has also worked as a freelance art director and properties design for film/TV and professional theatre/opera companies and currently works as a Death Doula.

Tracey has a very clear and collaborative approach to her casting services ensuring that her client’s needs are met.

Some of her clients over the years include Amway Corporation, Meijer, School Zone: Charley and Co., Spectrum Health, Rockford Construction and Chemical Bank, William Sonoma/West Elm, and Hayworth.

Ellie Frances (they/Them)

Ellie started their career in casting in 2014 as a casting associate with Fahey Dreher Casting. Since then Ellie worked as a freelance casting director while building Rossa Casting with their wife Tracey.

In addition to casting Ellie is a working actor, director, audition coach and producer in theatre, where they work on both sides of the table. What Ellie brings to projects as a CD is heavily influenced by these spaces offering unique perspectives in any creative room they lead.

Their foundational approach is rooted in equitable, inclusive practices to this work. This means consistently providing resources to talent and clear consistent creative viewpoints to clients when building their projects that focus on authentic and inclusive casting.
